The rooms were compact with a spa bath, the staff were very amiable.

The room is separate with its own bathroom, and it has a working temperature control. the motel's location is great, right next to a supermarket and with easy access to shops. They also serve breakfast with bacon.

The kitchen in the room was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome. Also we had free access to internet which was very handy.

Food was brilliant and I have nothing but quite comfortable memories from this trip. Everything was excellent, the parking was onsite, the room was amazingly clean. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was friendly. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for New Plymouth, short walk to supermarkets and restaurants, and nice restaurants.

Our units had kitchen facilities which were great for making coffee and breakfast when the family visited from their unit a couple of doors away. I liked the free paper and magazines available at reception I liked the close proximity to the city I liked the friendly staff And the netball hoop was a bit of fun for the family
The room that we had was a little cold However it is the middle of winter We had electric blankets on the bed but a primary heat source (such as a wall heater) would have increased the comfort level

It was nice and peaceful. The decor was a little dated but the room was nice and tidy and clean. The price reflected this. The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommend it to others.

This place is super central, right next to the shopping center 🛍️. the staff here are so friendly, they'll even give you a wake-up call and iron your clothes for free!

After a long day of driving, the hotel room was perfect to relax and get a good night's sleep. That is after the dip in the hot tub. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room pristine.
